I was asked by one of our major clients if we could arrange a special surprise party for his wife’s 40th birthday, but it had to be with authentic Moroccan catering.
Not knowing a caterer in the area that could deliver this I contacted several, Buffalo Catering was by far the most responsive with a brilliant selection of creative menus within the budget we agreed.
They arrived with all the ingredients and prepared the food at the client’s home.
