Buffalo Catering is owned and managed by Ben Singer, a chef with over 17 years catering experience.
Ben has personally been responsible for catering management of some very prestigious sporting & cultural events, such as:

• Tottenham Hotspur FC
• Chelsea Flower Show
• Newbury Races
Buffalo Catering is an extension of Ben's personal philosophy on wedding and large event catering in that food prepared in quantity can be fresh, interesting, elegant and flavoursome.

The Buffalo team consists of chefs, kitchen hands, waiting staff, bar staff and event planners. We select our team members carefully and ensure they are trained to a professional standard because we understand that poor service can affect how guests feel about an event. We have recently established training courses so that general kitchen staff can be trained quickly and correctly in a commercial kitchen environment.
Our business is rapidly growing and whilst at present we are comfortable providing catering and event management services in London, Surrey and Kent, we have plans to extend beyond these boundaries. We encourage you to contact us if you are outside of our area just in case things have changed.

Buffalo & Ben Singer have been supporting Newbury Racecourse for the past 3 years. Our business is extremely diverse as one of the top Racing & Hospitality venues in the UK. Ben's versatility is that we can entrust him in many areas including Retail bars & Restaurants, Sponsors & VIP areas. Whilst we made a change to our catering services he has supported us throughout within areas of General site Health & Safety & Food Hygiene. For our busier Events, Ben is always on hand to source excellent additional Managers to Support our operation.
